Hi my name is Cupcake a sweet 12 pound Chihuahua and whippet mix and my foster mom says I'm such a sweet and loving girl! I may take some time to warm up upon meeting me but do warm up quickly and am NOT snappy or growly at all. I enjoy sitting in human's laps and love sweet pets! I'm quiet and crate trained and great with all dogs! I was adopted from ACT as a puppy and returned due to no fault of my own!
