Cujo German Shepherd Dog Chesterfield, MO

Cujo is a 4 year old male German Shepherd who was surrendered to rescue when his family could no longer keep him. Despite his name, Cujo is a happy, easy-going GSD. He is very friendly when meeting new people. Cujo, gets along well with children of all ages. He loves to play and does well with other dogs. He would be happiest in a home with another dog.

This boy loves toys, especially his ball. He recently lived with a Maine Coon cat. The Maine Coon cat set boundaries and let him, and the other resident dogs, know that dogs would not be tolerated. He did not chase the cat and learned to respect the cat’s space.

Cujo currently lives with a 7-year-old GSD. He enjoys chasing, wrestling, and bitey face with the older GSD, but would love a younger playmate. Cujo has spent the winter in a garage, resulting in a thick winter coat.

Our Adoption Fees:

*Dogs and puppies 12 months old or younger: $450

* Adult dogs over 12 months of age: $400

* Senior dogs over 7 years of age qualify for our "Seniors FUREVER" program! Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:

(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $400 and this becomes a perpetual fee. You can adopt another SGSDR senior dog at any time from us in the future at NO CHARGE.
(2) If you aren't sure about your future adoption capacity, you may adopt your SGSDR senior dog for a reduced adoption fee of $250.
