Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. <br/><br/>Crosby came to the shelter as a stray. He is a a big boy- on the tall thin side. He is full of spunk and loves to play. If his microchip hadn't told us his age we would have never believed he was 10 years old! His owner was contacted and told us several time she was coming to get him but each of those times has come and gone with no sign of his owner. Crosby is a fun dog that is good with other dogs. We believe he is house trained. He will need an active home, not hard activity but regular walks and exercise are what he needs. He is a very friendly guy.
