Cricket's Story

Meet Cricket!
This cutie is around a year old and soo sweet! Cricket was found as a stray and when we took her to her first vet exam we learned she was heartworm positive. After 6 months of treatment in a foster home, she is now recovered and healthy and ready for her furrever home! Due to her illness, she had to be kept very calm, so we did not introduce her to any other dogs. Since being back at WagsInn, she has shown anxiety around other dogs and we're hoping that with more exposure she'll learn to like her fellow dog friends. At this time, Cricket would do best in a home with no other dogs. While in her first foster home, Cricket did great with a cat in the home! While recovering from her spay procedure she lived in a second foster home and did not appreciate the cats in that home. She may need a slow introduction to any future cats. Cricket is a HUGE cuddle bug AND loves to go for leash walks. While in her foster homes, she has been a perfect house guest! She is crate trained, potty trained and loves to play with her stuffed animals/tennis balls but more so loves to cuddle on the couch. She also loves to go for a car ride. She has so much love to give and is so goofy and sweet! Come meet her, we know you'll fall in love!

If you'd be interested in meeting Cricket, please visit our website wagsinn. com and fill out an application!

**Due to our adoption process including a home visit, we do require that you live within a 50mi radius of WagsInn!**
