Meet ~Courtesy~Fatty

I was outside my house and a lady drove up with female dog in her car saying she found her on the street and was almost hit by another vehicle. She opened her car door and the dog entered the vehicle. She was driving around hoping to find someone who might be looking for her. She said she had two pits at home and couldn't take her. I posted the lost dog on our neighborhood Facebook and Loxley Facebook page to see if she could get reunited with her family. No response. I took the dog to hopefully get her back to her family since the other lady was unable to. I don't have a fenced yard and can't keep her in the house forever.
Please help this sweet girl get rehomed.

More from the finder: This dog is a sweet girl, does not run away, did find the owner via microchip but owner cannot properly care for her -- wants her back but cannot afford -- did go to vet but did not get on the scale. She is 10 years old.
