Court Jindo Mix Long Island City, NY

With a face this cute, he won’t have to work hard on Court-ing his way into a forever home! Court is a 6-month old Jindo mix that weighs about 20 pounds. We rescued him as a stray in rural Gwangju, Korea and now he’s with us in NYC. This guy is strong and active, and his favorite time of day is when he gets to go on long walks! At home, he’s working on potty training, and doing very well with his crate. He’s another proud member of our Clean Bowl Club, and has no issues with eating and drinking whatever is in front of him! He even stands guard outside the kitchen door of his foster home, hoping that whatever’s coming out next is for him. Court loves stuffed animals, bully sticks, and his blanket, and is generally just a sweetheart who loves to play. See… we told you he’d win your heart quickly! Apply to adopt!?


Meet our adoptable pups! Come to our in-person adoption event on Sunday, June 6th @ Bark Park in Williamsburg (14 Berry St, Brooklyn). This event will be held at the outdoor event space from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. This will be an opportunity where you can meet the dogs for adoption in person and possibly adopt the same day! *Important* Submit your application early to receive a pre-invite being held from 12 pm - 1:30 pm before the event is open to the public. You must have a ticket either way to attend either the pre-invite or public hours. Only selected applications will receive a pre-invite via email from our applications team. The list will be checked at the entrance for confirmation. Please bring your printed application with you and the landlord's approval. This is NOT a pre-approval, only a pre-invite to attend the event early. No guarantees of adoption are promised in the best interest of matching the dog to the right applicant. The Deadline to submit your application for pre-invite is Saturday, June 5th @ 5 pm.

REQUIRED
In compliance with NYC Covid-19 Phase 4 re-opening (www1.nyc.gov/), please show proof of Covid Vax or Negative Covid test within the last 3 days. It is required to meet the dogs upon entry. Our staff and volunteers will also meet the requirements. We encourage you to register for free tix to this event here. Masks and social distancing rules will apply. Limit 50 people to the outdoor dog viewing area.

Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
