Meet Cosmo

I'm Cosmo but I go by bubba, cosamo and doodoo. I am about 2 yrs old and 15 lbs. I'm a happy little man but I'm also a little nervous. I was recently adopted and my family loved me but found out one of the family members is very allergic to dogs.

I love my people so much whether girls or boys but I don't like the smaller ones that move fast, scream, cry and just aren't like the bigger ones yet. My people say I'm best for no one younger than sloth teenagers but I don't know what that means.

I like things to be calm and quiet with no raised voices, harsh tones or sudden movements. I don't really bark or make any noise. I love to snuggle on a dog bed or your bed or couch or am happy to wait for you in a den (kennel).

My family has so many different critters. I am happy with everyone. The cat steals my bed but I just find a new place to curl up, I'm to go along with the other doggos, the chinchilla and guinea pigs are weird small dog things and I'm still not too sure what to make of them.

I go outside to do all my business as long as its a minimum of 3 x a day. I like to eat in my kennel where I'm safe.

I'm Cosmos foster mom.

He is a wonderful snugly little man. He will run from loud noises and fast movement if he can. He is not for homes with kids under 12 and would be best with teens or adult only. If young kids visit please put him away safe. He is completely house trained, kennel trained and does do best with a kennel to feel comfortable in. He really is a lovely sweet man.

Please note that Little Mutts Rescue adoption fees are generally $475 for dogs 1-3 years old (young adult), $350 for dogs that are 4-7 years old (mature adult), $250 for dogs over 8+ years old (senior). Includes spay / neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchip, and a vet certificate of health (please note that if puppies are born in Calgary, we do not have a vet certificate to provide). If you are interested in adopting, please submit an adoption application at http://www.littlemuttsrescue.org/adopt/index.html
