Meet Cortland
Hi my name is Cortland (I’m named after a New York apple!)
I’m an approximately 11-week old male Shepherd/Labrador mix and currently weighs 13 lbs. I will weigh around 45-55 lbs. as a grown-up Cortland.
My siblings and I were rescued after being abandoned in a backyard. They call me a survivor as I struggled for several days from severe anemia, requiring two blood transfusions. But look at me now! I’m a strong and happy boy! And I have some pretty cool ears too huh?
I am a bit mischievous and would rather play with your shoelaces instead of toys, but I’m easy to redirect with a really good toy! I LOVE playing with my siblings so I need another playful dog, or two, in my new home. I hope you like survivor pups like me! I have the heart of a lion.
I am crate-trained, working on house-training, but will need some assistance with leash-training.
Cortland is neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $175.00
