Cornbread's Story

It's soup and stew season and what goes great with both? A side of Cornbread! This 9-week-old guy is as cute as can be. His unique coloration can mean he may be vision or hearing impaired. His vision seems OK, but he does appear to be deaf. Luckily most dogs (even those without hearing impairments) do very well with hand signals, and make great pets.

Other than this he is a typical, bitey puppy that will need consistency and training to become the perfect pal. Cornbread is here waiting for you!

We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires.

We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there.

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, Saturdays, and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets.
