Cooper Great Pyrenees Neshkoro, WI

This is Cooper, a 3-year old male Pyr who is very people-friendly, house-trained and healthy. He walks very well on a leash and harness. Cooper is okay with cats and has played well with other dogs at the rescue.

Although he is 3 years old, Cooper is still an adolescent and exhibits an adolescent's quirky behavior. Cooper acts like a big cuddly goofball most of his day, but like most large breed dogs does not realize how big he is. Cooper is not your calm laid back Pyr! Occasionally he may pick up an item not his own, so he does need some supervision.
Cooper's other quirk is that is does not like trucks. As usual, there is a reason for his attitude, and his previous home had a fence in front of the house. Cooper at times overreacts to loud trucks. Cooper like most pyrs needs a fenced yard. His new owners must continue to work with him to keep him from back sliding.
