Meet Cooper
Cooper was on his way to the shelter with his owner who just didn't want him anymore. We stopped traffic to get this little guy before he had to experience the scary shelter life and be put down.
He was scared at first but has settled in. We think he would be ok with another small dog but he would be just as happy getting all the attention himself.
He is about 10 to 12 lbs and is 11 months old according to his owner. He does not act like a puppy at all..He is not real energetic and low key. Maybe that's because the way he was treated at his owner's house.
He is a real sweetie and will need some patience to develop his little personality because he kind of seems shut down. He loves to be held and lay on his little bed.
