Hi, I'm Coop! I'm just a pup but I've got a heart full of courage. I was abandoned all alone at a hunting camp. I’m a survivor and even though it was hard, I took care of myself until help came and saved me. I'm feisty, sure, but that’s only so the big dogs can’t push me around. I'm also a super cuddle bug. I love to play, chase my tail, and snuggle up for a good nap. I'm a bundle of joy and I promise to fill your life with laughter and love. Adopt me and let's make a lifetime of memories together. After all, every home needs a Coop to keep things lively!

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

*Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.*

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
