Conrad is a calm, gentle soul who came to us after being picked up as a stray. The shelter environment was tough on him, so we gladly welcomed him to Imagine FURever Ranch, where he's been stealing hearts (and tennis balls!) ever since.

This 9-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer is the epitome of easy-going. He moves through life at a mellow pace, enjoys quiet walks, and is always ready for a cozy nap in a sunny spot. He’s fantastic on leash, great with other dogs, and loves people of all ages. His only flaw? He’ll help himself to every tennis ball in sight. ?

Conrad has a grade 5 heart murmur, and he was recently diagnosed with Cushing’s disease, a condition that requires daily medication and ongoing veterinary care. He also has mild arthritis, but none of this stops him from enjoying the little joys in life. We know this sounds like a lot, but trust us—his gentle demeanor and loving eyes are worth every extra step.

He’s currently hanging out with the “hound boys” at the Ranch while he waits for a foster or adopter willing to help him live out his golden years with comfort and companionship.
