Conrad came to Imagine FURever Ranch after being picked up as a stray and finding himself anxious in the shelter. With a gentle nudge from our friends at the Leavenworth Humane Society, Conrad made his way to The Ranch to find a soft place to land.

This handsome brown-and-white GSP is calm, sweet, and easy-going, but don’t let that fool you—he’s got a sneaky streak and is known for quietly collecting tennis balls from his foster siblings when no one is looking. His favorite speed is “no rush,” and he enjoys leisurely walks where he can take in all the sniffs without a timeline.

Conrad is great on a leash and does well with other dogs and people of all ages. Car rides are not his favorite (he’d prefer to ride in your lap!), but he will settle into the back seat with some encouragement. Despite a mild heart murmur and a bit of arthritis, he’s in good shape and ready to share his sweet, mellow presence with a family who will appreciate life in the slow lane.
