Sarah was an owner surrender in Texas. She is currently in foster in Texas. We are hoping that we can have her transported to us by the end of March. She is a 2 year old Border Collie that is up to date, crate trained and very sweet. Sarah will need an experienced adopter that is familiar with this herding breed.
