Comet #8 Yellow Labrador Retriever Mix Killingworth, CT

Meet Comet #8, a 10 year old yellow male Labrador mix. His Dad just went into an assisted living facility and he can no longer have his canine companion. The Dad's sister has taken over responsibility for Comet and he is currently playing with her puggle and a pug. Comet still has some spunk left in him as he loves to run and play. He loves to go for walks, go for rides in the car, is good with kids and is very good on a leash. He is good with other dogs and loves his toys. He is not a couch potato for sure and would love a home where he could go hiking or long walks. Comet is very friendly, playful and affectionate. He weighs approximately 45 lbs of sweetness.

ADOPTION FEES: $345 non-refundable adoption fee for all vet expenses (spay/neuter, shots, etc.) and transportation to ensure your lab gets to you in a safe, professional manner. All fees may be paid using PayPal, cashier's checks, or money orders. Labs4rescue does not accept personal checks for adoption fees. All adopters must pay their Labs4rescue adoption fee prior to the rescue shipping their dog.

Residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire are required to pay an additional $125 fee, which defrays the cost of their state's mandatory 48 hour isolation and examination by a licensed veterinarian.
