Cole's Story
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Cole is a five year, 22 lb old bichon, shih tzu mix. He is looking for a quiet home without young kids where he can get ample quality time with his humans. His current environment is bustling with young kids and while Cole is very tolerant with them, he's clearly not happy about it and has started acting out in other ways like urinating on their stuff. He's ready to pack his bags and find a quieter spot to enjoy the finer things in life.

Cole loves people and other dogs, and hasn't met cats before. He is crate trained and goes in there willingly for a treat at bedtime and when left home alone. Prior to some of the less than ideal behavior he has demonstrated recently, he was house trained, as well.

Cole enjoys walks, but is just as happy to stay home and sit on your lap. He seems to gravitate toward men. Women are cool, too, but men seem to be his favorite. He will need a fenced yard or to remain on a leash for walks, as his recall skills are nonexistent. He will alert you when someone comes to the door, if you didn't already know. Cole is a good boy who will thrive in the right home. Email almosthome4dogs@yahoo.com to inquire about adoption.

(Local adoptions preferred - Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.)

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US!
We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families.
