For two weeks he ran around the Graham area and no one could catch him. They tried everything but he wouldn't get close. So, one day a little girl, a child, sits out in the yard with some food and calls the dog and he comes to her and eats the food she feeds him. He had a choke chain on, so, when he was finished eating, she simply hooked the leash to the collar, got up and walked away with him walking beside her. He was a perfect gentleman. He trusted a child and gave up his freedom to her. THIS IS A GREAT FAMILY DOG.<br/>He's a very sweet, good natured young dog. Maybe 14-18 months old.<br/>He has a very regal head and will be a handsome boy when we put some weight on him. He's graceful and majestic. I think he'll weigh about 75 pounds in good shape. If his color was golden, rather than black, he would look just like a golden Retriever.<br/>He will be available after August 1st for adoption but you can meet him now if you like.
