This sweet guy, is a very loving, high- energy, 2 year old Jack Russell, Boston Terrier mix. just under 30 lbs.
He has a playful personality and will need a home with a yard and a parent(s) who can give him the time and understanding he needs, as he has only recently experience a loving environment, and may need a little time to adjust in his forever home, since it’s like another new beginning for him. At times he can be vocal, but only when there’s lots of noise going on, so he will not do well in apartments or busy streets.

Cody has learned a lot, in his foster home, he will sit for treats and before his meals. He has learned to walk on a leash properly (he loves his walks!) although he does pulls a little, his harness helps guide him and keeps him safe.
He is great with other dogs, and loves to jump around, and play, so a home with another playful dog, that won’t mind his energy (he loves to chase and poke with his nose) would be perfect.
He also loves food.. a lot! and will steal it away from others, so he will need to be fed in a separate room, just until he learns, what is his.
Cody is friendly with children, of all ages, but because of his jumpy nature (he is less jumpy each day, and with someone patient, he will only get better) he is more suited with a family with older kids.

Snuggling and bringing you his toy, are a couple of his favourite things. Cody loves his chew toys, although he may think your pillow is a big chew toy- he has learned to drop things, when he hears a firm “no’. He is almost completely potty trained, he just needs to know where the proper place to ‘go’ is, and he will learn very quickly, and will jump at the door to let you know, he needs out.
We hope to find Cody the perfect little home where he can continue to experience love, a home he can run around in, follow his family members around, and receive lots of cuddles. If you can open your heart to this little teddy bear, we would love to meet you.-
