Meet Coco Bean, she is a 10 yr old sassy chihuahua who is looking for a quiet home to retire in. She loves attention, walks, and snuggles but does need a little time to adjust to new people. Luckily little means hours and not days (usually). She was adopted 5 years ago by an amazing couple that accepted her and her sassiness. They quickly fell in love. Their family has grown since then, and with a baby and a toddler, Coco is not happy and needs a quieter home with no children. She's housetrained. Even though she has lived with dogs in the past, she would be happiest as an only dog but can coexist with a passive small dog or cat. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Coco.<br/>We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Coco the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. <br/>For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.<br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $100. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.<br/><br/>All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.<br/><br/>Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
