What can we say about Clyde?

If you have ever had a cattle dog companion you would think Clyde was a long last friend if you met him. He is your typical cattle dog with lots of playful energy, enthusiasm when it comes to his humans, and quite the personality.

Although he would love to have a farm to run around on that isn’t a necessity. What is necessary is a structured home that can offer him a moderate exercise routine, lots of pets, and possibly a kiddie pool. Clyde loves running around with other pups and playing, but can get snippy with them over food or toys. He has coexisted nicely in his foster home with canine friends, but he does best when fed separately from them. Because of his breed we wouldn’t recommend small children. Clyde is a social guy and sometimes gets so excited he forgets his manners and gets jumpy. He is working on curbing this bad habit. You can always catch Clyde with a smile on his face rather it’s getting his first pup cup, chasing his friends around the yard, meeting new humans or finding the nearest pool to take a dip.
