Meet Clyde

Clyde came to us after being dumped at a shelter with what they thought was a broken leg. It was splinted by the shelter and we took him to our vet for an xray. This is a brief description of her findings..... I don’t think he had a bone fracture but more likely ligament damage in the ‘ankle’. It is lax (a bit loose) there but he can walk on it. Splinting doesn’t really help that. I would say give him time and if it is a real problem then he should see an orthopedic surgeon for surgical repair...

Clyde is doing just great after having the splint removed this week. We are adopting him as is at a reduced adoption fee of $300. There is no need for any surgical repair now.

His personality is a 10! Very sweet and playful but not hyper. He just wants to explore and make friends. He loves toys and to be loved on. He is a snuggler! He is a friend to all dogs and people and does not mind cats. This is a great Labby boy! If interested please fill out the application at finalvictoryrescue.com
