Meet Clio – the sweetest girl ready for a fresh start! ?
Clio is a 4-year-old American Bulldog mix with the cutest little nub tail and an even bigger heart. She found herself in an overcrowded shelter back in November after her owner was forced to surrender her due to eviction. Sadly, Clio sat there for months with no interest, likely due to Black Dog Syndrome, even though she’s an absolute lovebug! Clio is one of the tester dogs because she is quite bomb proof.
Clio is everything you could ask for in a best friend—she’s incredibly sweet, playful, and loves everyone she meets, including other dogs, kids, and even cats! Clio can be nervous around men at times. While we do not know what could have happened in her past, she just needs someone to give her some time to decompress and realize how special and loving she truly is.

She’s also house-trained and crate-trained, making her the perfect addition to a loving home. She loves to get the zoomies and rip and run around the back yard. She is submissive with other dogs and just wants nothing more than to sit by her people and soak up all the love.
