Cliffy is a handsome, goofy, and incredibly clever boy who is a 77% Pit Bull and 23% Labrador Retriever mix; the perfect blend of brains, heart, and fun energy! He also has a rare gene that causes him to have long soft hair making him a special boy. He is two years old (DOB 11/25/23) and 49 lbs.<br/><br/>Over the past two months, Cliffy has made huge strides in his training. He’s crate trained and knows several commands including sit, here, down, down-stay, place, and out (which gets him to drop his toys). He’s highly food motivated and loves learning new things, so continuing his training will be a rewarding experience for his new family. <br/><br/>Cliffy loves people, he melts into a happy, wiggly noodle the moment he gets pets or attention! He’s happiest cuddling next to you on the couch, going on hikes, or doing fun enrichment activities that challenge his clever mind. <br/><br/>He would do best as the only pet in the home, as he can be reactive to other dogs and has a high prey drive. He also likes to play rough so he may be a bit too much for little kids. With the right structure and continued guidance, he would thrive in a calm and consistent environment.
