Cletus Basset Hound Mix Westfield, NY

Cletus arrived at NCCR on 12/12/20. He was pulled from an overcrowded shelter that ran out of room for him. Cletus is an adult neutered male mixed breed, weighing about 35 pounds. His breed mix is thought to include Basset Hound and Jack Russell Terrier, but may also include other breeds. Cletus is very friendly with people, but he does not get along with cats, and does not share toys or food well with other dogs. It is recommended that he be the only pet in his new home. He seems to be house trained, as he has been keeping his kennel clean, even overnight. Cletus tends to cry and whine when left alone in his kennel, so he may prefer a home where he is not left alone for long hours.

Cletus is neutered, vaccinated (including bordetella) and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $215.00. (cash or check only, we are unable to accept credit cards)

We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopter must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in.
