Meet Cleo
Cleo is looking for her new home with her mom Ruby (also a GSP age 11). They are needing a new home due to their dad having a brain tumor and no longer being able to care for them. They still have that typical GSP energy, but are at the perfect age as they can settle a lot easier in the house.
Neither have been trained to hunt. They are great cuddling, good with kids, love to run and are trained with a perimeter fence. They are now recall trained, basic obedience, kennel trained, do well in and out of the kennel for car rides, are doing well with the other dogs in the house. Cleo would be a great shed hunter as she has brought foster mom a lot of hides and bones on their hikes!!
Unfortunately Cleo is in Chronic Kidney Failure and will need a renal specific special diet. She is also on incontinence medication. She also has arthritis in her elbows so is on some pain medication for this. Don't let this fool you though as she is just as peppy as her mom and the other rescue dogs when it comes to going for her daily run.
