Clementine's Story
Meet Clementine!

Clementine is an 5ish year old American Bully that was saved by a good samaritan on the streets of LA. When it comes to Clementine’s preferred company, people and kids are 10/10. She loves to play with squishy toys + balls AND she has yet to destroy a toy! She’s a quiet gal- doesn’t bark much, but ‘ROoOoS’ when she’s excited and ready for dinner. She’s very obedient, sweet and has a gentle personality. When sleeping with you at night or snuggling in bed, she likes to stay close to your legs/body. Don’t be surprised if she rests her head on your legs while she snores. Her amazing foster has also asked her to stay in her own bed and she’s slept in her own space all night. She is currently 77lbs but could definitely stand to gain a few more. She is amazing on leash, she doesn’t pull and stays right by her walker’s side!

Clementine was found with chains all around her, dumped on the streets of LA. She had bite and scratch marks on her face, blood on her paws, and appeared emaciated. We believe she was likely used as a breeder dog and was dumped after recently having a litter. For more on how she was found, here is the post from the foundation that originally posted her: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4n1IZrpwkX/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

As of right now, Clementine needs to be the only dog in the house. Her foster has been diligently working on socializing her and she likes to try to dominate other dogs (also likely unaware of her size). She’ll eventually ignore other dogs, and does not display signs of leash aggression on walks. She’s good at ignoring them in public and from a distance (and even up close, depending on the dog).

We know Clementine’s family is out there!
