Clementine Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix Elburn, IL

Hi everyone! My name is Clementine. I was born 11/21/2020 and I’m a female, Treeing Walker Coonhound mix. My foster mom says I’m the sweetest thing-I LOVE to cuddle and absolutely love being held. This doesn’t mean I don’t also like to have fun and play.

I’ve started going on walks only recently and am still learning to walk on a leash but with some more practice, I’m sure I’ll catch on soon. I’m still pretty young and am not house broken yet-puppies my age just don’t quite fully understand that yet but I’m eager to learn.

I sleep in a play pen with my brother and we are both pretty quiet all night until we are ready to wake up. I have not been around cats or children yet but I hear that kids are pretty fun! My foster mom says I’m also an incredibly smart girl. Between my looks, my personality and my brains, I really think I’d be such good addition to your family!

Illinois law requires that all of our dogs and puppies be spay/neutered within 14 days of a veterinarian deeming the dog or puppy is ready to be altered. In order to fully comply with this regulation and reduce the number of homeless dogs and puppies, we do not permit out of state adoptions of unaltered dogs or puppies.

Puppies have special needs and require a home where there will be someone available to care for, socialize, and train them during the day. If your family is away from the home for several hours at a time, please consider adopting a “teen” or adult dog.

Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.
