Clarence Chihuahua & Beagle Mix Schaumburg, IL

Clarence is a soft and sweet Chihuahua/Beagle mix in search of his forever home. He is 4 ½ years old and weighs 35 pounds. Calm and quiet in the house, Clarence saves his energy for when he’s outside. Clarence LOVES playing and exploring outside. He has a very curious nose and will do well in a home with a securely fenced yard. When inside, Clarence likes to lounge on the couch or in his bed. He is well-behaved when left alone in the house and does not need a crate. He’s not fond of chewing on random items, he prefers a bone instead.
 
In addition to the outdoors, this boy LOVES food and has a knack for finding it. Clarence’s love of food is a strength that provides endless learning possibilities for him. While he doesn't know any tricks yet, his foster mom reports that he is a fast learner. Currently, he is working on going to the door to let her know he needs to go potty.
 
Clarence gets along with the resident dogs in his foster home, he is friendly, and enjoys good ear scratches. Come and meet him to see if he’s the perfect fit for your family.
