Clara Miniature Pinscher & Dachshund Mix Omaha, NE

While this little girl is learning that humans can be trusted, she will need a resident dog so she can follow their lead and have a playmate to interact with. Clara does best with dogs bigger than her, however given enough time she can live with dogs her size or smaller.
Clara has exceptional hearing and will bark if she is wary of noise or surroundings.
She is great on walks and rides well in the car. She sleeps well in her kennel at night.
She is content during the day to snuggle in her blanket on the couch. She doesn't interact much with toys or bones.
Not much of a snuggler, but loves her back scratched. If she isn't snuggling on the couch, she enjoys following you around.
Clara had a couple potty accidents, so isn't 100% potty trained yet, but is doing great.
Loves mealtime, which consists of warm soft food mixed with dry food. Loves hot dogs which we utilize to easily give her medication.
Her foster parents say "It has been a pleasure watching her progress each day, but will require someone with patience to help her develop and trust."
