Clara is a sweet energetic little girl who came in the rescue a very different dog from the girl we see today. Like all Pomeranians & Poodles she is very smart and treat motivated. She was pretty pitiful, scared and underweight. We estimated she was about 7 and today we think that was a very wrong. If she is 7 she must have been a tornado when she was 3 to 4.

Clara is very playful and loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home. She is very toy driven and loves to play fetch, but will keep her retrieved toy rather than give it back. She is very active and does not tire easily, she will do well in an active household or with an adopter who wants more than a lap warmer. She is happy to sit in your lap but playing, being active and engaged is her personality.

Clara is spayed, microchipped, heart worm negative and current on prevention and vaccinations. She was picked up stray/under socialized and very timid she has made a lot of progress, she still takes a bit to warm up to most people. Once she feels safe, she’s your girl and your shadow.

We do not have a facility, all dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers.
