Cinnamon - Bonded with Tipsy Mixed Breed Madison, WI

Meet Cinnamon! Cinnamon is 17 years old and 12lbs. Cinnamon is bonded with Tipsy and is the cuddliest little bug there ever was. He will be your shadow. Despite his quite advanced aged (seventeen!) he is super mobile and can still walk up and down shorter flights of stairs. He has a tremendous appetite and his lack of teeth doesn't slow him down a bit-- he just needs to eat wet food and/or have dry food moistened and broken down for him.

He gets along great with other dogs and cats and trusts people easily. He is devoted to his six-year-old canine "sister" Tipsy and follows her lead. He'll sleep all day and night if you let him, but still enjoys exploring and hanging with the four other dogs and two cats in his foster home. Again, he loves to be close and at times shows signs of separation anxiety but quickly calms himself down.

Cinnamon and Tipsy were left at the shelter by a relative of their owner who recently had to move into an assisted living facility. You can tell they were much loved. The two were slated to be euthanized, but the shelter director herself fell in love with them and pulled them to personally foster them before they made the journey to Underdog. Cinnamon acts like a dog ten years younger than he is and is a true lap dog that loves treats and sleeping in the crook of your arm.

Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 6mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian

Our adult dog adoption fee is $350. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $400. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
