Just like the original Cindy Lou Who, our Cindy Lou is a sweet, loving girl with a big heart and she's ready to be home for the holidays She's just around one year old and we think she is mostly a long-haired chihuahua, but there is certainly another small breed dog or two mixed in. This pint-sized sweetheart weighs just 8 pounds, but her personality is as big as can be. Cindy Lou is a playful, silly girl who is happy to hang with her dog friends and her people - she loves everyone. Cindy Lou is being house trained and it is a work in progress. She is still all puppy and is a fast learner - with a good routine and plenty of patience (along with some tasty treats, of course), we know she can get there.
