Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.

Cindy came to the shelter because her owner could not provide the care she needed. She is a sweet dog that is good with other dogs. She is also fine with cats. Cindy is very affectionate and loves people. She would be very happy being someone's buddy, getting to travel in the car or got to the office. Cindy does have a slight limp from her front leg previously being broken. It is healed now and she uses it just fine without pain but you will notice when she walks.
