Rescued from PR after Hurricane Maria. Was living on a chain with a squatter. Cielo is SUPER sweet and friendly to people of all ages. She LOVES to be pet & snuggle, and she gives the gentlest kisses. She is fully crate and house trained, she will even go to the door when she needs to potty! She will make an amazing family dog. Would not recommend she be placed in a home with cats or other dogs - she needs to be the only pup. She does have a little bit of happy tail when in a crate (her tail wags so furiously in her crate that it bleeds), but since she is house trained she doesn't need to be crated in the home, so not a major issue! She just wants to be with her friends :)

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters.
