Hi! My name is Chunk and I'm a 9 pound oversized toy poodle that's all that! I'm a gentle guy that absolutely loves playing fetch with my soft toys....I'll keep retrieving as long as you'll play with me! I'm also an amazing leash walker....I walk right at your side and I never pull! I also know basic commands like sit...I'm a very smart boy! So, as you can see, I'm an all-around gentleman!<br/><br/>I have lived in a home as a family pet my whole life so I love comfy dog beds and blankets! My owners could not keep me because their family life didn't include having me as a pet, but no fault of my own! I get along well with other dogs...in fact I tend to be pretty submissive. I do love to communicate by speaking my mind when I hear unfamiliar sounds and I love a game of chase if a cat runs from me--I mean, the cat wants to play that game, right?! But I don't play the cat chase game if the cat doesn't run (no fun!) and I'll just hang out with the cat like they're my buddy then! <br/><br/>If you sit down most likely I'll climb into your lap and snuggle. In fact, when you pet me, I turn to pure butter! I'm just an all around gentle little guy looking for a quiet, relaxing life with a family I can call my own forever!
