Meet Chuck

Meet Chuck! Chuck is a 1yr old Wirehaired Terrier who came to our shelter as a stray. When Chuck arrived, it took him some time to begin trusting the shelter staff but as time went by, he has progressed and has become a shelter favorite! Due to his uncertain past, Chuck will need to meet and interact with you several times to gain his trust. He has passed his behavioral assessment and has no issues with food or toys. He also loves other dogs and does well in playgroup.

Chuck's perfect home would be with or without another dog (interaction necessary) and no kids due to his past history. We believe he would do well with a cat but it is difficult to test in our shelter setting. If you are interested in Chuck please call us! He will be fully vetted and microchipped upon leaving the shelter.
