You must be 25 yrs of age or older to adopt through us. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out locally.

Chloe is a 5 yr old pom/peke mix who joined us as she was said to suffer from separation anxiety and her owner felt would be better to find her a home with someone home more. She is current on her vet care and spayed, weighs in at 17 lbs and fur was shaved so grooming required for this girl. She if the shadow of the foster and would love to be someone's lap dog. That is white on her face not gray, this girl has lots of life in her. Loves to play with toys, enjoys walks but most of all wants to be where her person is. She is in a home with a cat but we would not call her good with cat. Cat is very tolerant but Chloe tries to get her to run so she can chase. She also cannot be trusted around food, will try to steal out of hand or off plate if given chance. This is why she should not be with young children, she is not good with taking food from hand. Chloe will alert to movement/people outside or new people in home but does quiet down fast. She will make a wonderful companion to the right home where someone is home more and no young kids. All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.

Adoption fees:
Puppy to 1 yr of age: $350 to $400
1 yr to 6 yrs of age: $250 -$400
6 yrs to 8 yrs of age: $200 -350
Over 9 yrs of age: Adoption fee varies
*NOTE* Purebreds and Designer breeds, regardless of age are $325 to $400
