Meet Chino!
This big hunk is looking for someone with big dog experience (he is a very strong boy), and someone who has the time and patience to show Chino how to adjust to being in a home. He is an appointment only adoption due to the barrier frustration he exhibits when strangers walk by his kennel. He's still fairly young and needs work on his manners; both when meeting new people and when walking by dogs. He loves getting to play with his squeaky toys here at the shelter, and getting to spend as much time outside as he can. He has shown he can be very well behaved around other dogs and playful with them as well, we are unsure of smaller animals such as cats and small pets. Chino was found as a stray and never claimed, so we do not have much of a history on him. He has been a very goofy boy here at the shelter, and definitely has a big personality to match his size. He's a master at giving puppy dog eyes in exchange for doggy biscuits, and can be motivated to train as long as food is involved.
