Meet Chilly! This sweet girl is estimated to be around two years old but we don't know a ton about her. She was found on the side of the road in WV, very skinny and scared. Chilly has been with us since the start of January, she is very reserved. Chilly is covered in scars almost head to toe, this leads us to believe Chilly was not treated well in her past life.
She is now in foster care and learning about the great outdoors and how good life can be once loved and treated well. She has made a ton of progress with her foster, she loves her toys, starting to play with foster puppies as well. Will you be the one to continue to let this girl know she is loved and the world can be a great place?


We have a foster to adopt option which is a two-week "trial period", we'd love for someone to take some time to get to know her! Can you help!?
