Chile came to us as a very scared 3-month old puppy. Who could blame the little guy for being scared? He was out in the world all alone!
For some dogs, the shelter can be overwhelming-too many noises, too many changes, and not enough one-on-one time to help them feel comfortable. That's exactly the case for Chile, a sweet, but nervous, boy who is still learning to trust the world around him.
Chile is shy and scared at first, but with patience and the right environment, he starts to come out of his shell. He thrives with a confident dog friend to show him the way and is looking for a home where he won't have to be alone. He's also quite the talker, always having something to say! (Probably trying to explain to us humans what he needs!) Chile is dog-friendly and just needs a calm, understanding family to help him build confidence.
