Meet Chichi (and her sister Chita). These cute Chihuahua mix girls came to us when their owner passed away and they have adjusted really well in their new foster home. The girls are about 5 years old and have never been apart and would likely do best staying together. They are active and curious and quite friendly and outgoing, they love to meet new people. They do well with other dogs after proper introduction, we have not observed them around cats though. They are house and crate trained and are still getting the hang of that leash-walking business, but both are smart and learn quickly. Chita is a little more confident than her sister, Chichi tends to be a bit more snuggly.
We have only observed them around older kids, so a family with middle school kids or older would likely be fine. We think that Chichi might be a little light sensitive as she tends to squint her eyes when its bright and sunny outside but seems to have no trouble inside.
 
Chichi (and Chita) is looking for an active home, preferably together with her sister, but at minimum with another dog. They are not used to being alone all day, so someone who is home a lot would be best.
