Chevy Bull Terrier & Labrador Retriever Mix Rochester, NY

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.

REQUIREMENTS: live in the Rochester NY area (within 1/2 hr drive) and have a physically fenced in yard for pup to safely run and play in.

This is Chevy. Born 02/23/21, best guess lab and bull terrier mix. He is currently about 20lbs and will be about 50 - 60 lbs fully grown. Chevy is such a little love bug. When we pick him up to give him kisses and loves he really enjoys the cuddles and attention. Chevy gets along great with other dogs. He is being fostered with three big dogs (of various ages) and his brother and loves them all. Chevy is crate trained and I would say 98% potty trained. Chevy likes to play, run around, chew his toys and do his puppy things, but when he's done he does like his cuddles with his people. He is such a laid back good boy. He's not a fan of the leash right now, but we are working on it. If you are looking to add a sweetheart to your family Chevy is your boy!!
He will be going to his adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until his neuter is complete. You would be required to get him into our vet clinic once booked for 7:30 am, date TBD in Rochester and then pick up from rescue (3 to 4 pm) to finalize adoption at that time. For this reason we will not adopt to anyone outside our immediate adoption area. All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
