Meet Chester

Chester is one of many stray hounds that has ended up at our shelter and never been claimed. Chester came in in fairly good condition. We have had him neutered, he tested negative for Heartworms, he has had his rabies and distemper shots and he has been micro chipped. He is ready to go to a new home and his adoption fee is a modest $60. Chester is a sweet boy who gets along with other dogs and loves everyone. He is very clean in his kennel so I think we can safely assume that he is housetrained. If you are interested in Chester, please email

For more information. Please be sure you have an appointment before coming to the shelter to meet Chester as we are a small rural facility and sometimes have irregular hours. This is a nice dog who is going to make a nice companion for any kind of family. Good boy, Chester!
