Meet Cherry

Cherry came to LPC after being seized in an animal cruelty case. She is finishing up her heartworm treatment and will be ready for her new home in August. Despite her past, Cherry is a very gentle, sweet girl, which would make her perfect in a home with children or even an older couple. She thrives when she has another dog as a companion. She does like to play a little, but mostly she just likes having a buddy. In her foster home, she gets along well with male dogs, and did okay with one submissive female. We would strongly recommend a male companion dog. Cherry is an easy going dog looking for a laid back lifestyle!
