Cher Newfoundland Dog Gales Ferry, CT

Cher has found her forever home and will be heading there shortly!!

She is currently being fostered in Ohio. She is a calm, laid back 6 years old who weighs about 130 lbs.

She has been making all types of new friends as she continues to settle in with her foster...sheep, chickens, ducks, goats, cats and dogs- she is willing to give everyone a welcome. But Cher favorite activity is definitely spending time cuddled up near her foster mom whenever she can. She loves to be brushed and loved on. Not a big fan of toys but she does enjoy her dried pig ears. She walks well on leash and enjoys taking walks or going for a car ride.

Wish List:

-Cher has requested a human to keep her company throughout the day

-As for 4 legged siblings- sure as long as they aren't looking for a constant playmate. Cher prefers to chill and co-exist

-Cher has been introduced to children in her foster home and has done well so happy for some 2 legged friends to help spoil her as well

Although Cher did test positive for lyme, the good news it appears to just be the antibodies, as she does not have any other symptoms so she will be finished with her vetting soon!
