Meet Chauncy
Chauncy, a 16 year-old, Chihuahua-Maltese mix is looking for a stay-at-home angelic adopter. Chauncy has been diagnosed with a severe heart murmur and most like has months rather than years left.
Chauncy is a sweet old boy who loves slow walks, car rides, taking long naps and being near his person while looking at you with adoring eyes. He is 17 pounds of sweetness but when left alone he gets anxious and barks so his adopter needs to be around or have someone who can be with him when his owner goes out.
Chauncy has poor eyesight and a bad knee so he can only do a couple of well-lit shallow steps or needs to be carried. He gets alone fine with other dogs and human visitors.
There is no adoption fee for the adopter willing to continue giving Chauncy a happy quality of life for whatever time he has left.
