Meet Chase

Mr Nice Guy! Chase is one of the most pleasant fellows you will ever meet. This sunny faced, tail wagging doggy loves everyone he encounters. It's very hard to imagine that he was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high kill shelter after being brought in as a stray. Chase is estimated to be around two years of age and he weighs about 45-50 lbs. He was front and center in his kennel eagerly awaiting to head out for a leisurely paced walk. Chase did nicely share his space with a young, bouncy male dog and it was great fun to watch them play and wrestle with each other. Chase is a very well balanced dog. Although an adult he has a fun and very manageable puppy feel about him which makes him very appealing. Chase explored around the exercise pen area and was fast to come on over when I called out to him. Quickly making himself comfortable in my lap and wishing to give me very gentle face kisses, he's a gentle natured, affectionate, playful dog who be excellent caring over kids and having other dogs in his life. This boy is all smiles and he loves to be petted and loved on, as you can see by his video. Chase also walks well on a leash! Chase has already been neutered and he is also micro-chipped. He has recently been treated for heart-worm disease and he is well on the way to being past his restricted activity part of his recovery. Chase is on preventatives and he is current with vaccinations. This sweet boy's suggested adoption donation is $300 to help cover the rescue's ongoing vet bills. Chase will be arriving on transport to PA on Sunday, Jan. 19th, and we are taking applications on him now. If you would like to adopt, or foster, this sweet guy please complete the online application on our website www.OneLifeToLiveRescue.com. A rescue volunteer will be in touch as soon as your application is reviewed and approved to answer any questions that you might have and to talk to you about our Foster-to-Adopt Program. Yes, that's correct... you can pick Chase up on Jan. 19th and foster him for a short period to see if he is a good match for your family. Thank you for considering a wonderful, rescued Bully?/Terrier?/Mixed-Breed dog!! Chase was adopted today by a wonderful family who recently met him at one of our adoption events!! He will now be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of his life in Spring Brook Township, PA!!
