Meet Charlie!

He was abandoned by his family. They moved and decided he wasn't coming with them, so they left him tied to a tree in the back of the wooded property...
The new owners of the property kept hearing a dog, went looking, and found sweet Charlie. He came to us extremely emaciated, but with time, love, and food, Charlie has blossomed into the biggest snuggle bug! Charlie has such a mild temperament and is very gentle. He is extremely sweet and loves affection and cuddling. He seems to be pretty low energy and enjoys sitting with people. He seems to be unconcerned with dogs. We are unsure about cats.
