Age: approximately 1-2 years old
Breed: mix, looks pittie and pointer
Good with Adults: yes
Good with Kids: don’t know, but because he’s young and energetic (and still mouthy like a puppy) wouldn’t recommend with toddlers or younger. Older kids willing to help train would be ideal.
Good with Other Dogs: yes, but wants to play! Better with young, energetic dogs that can hold their own…
Good with Cats: yes. Interested in them, but does not attack.
Crate Trained: yes
Housebroken: yes; however, he is supervised when not in crate. No accidents inside so far and does all business when let outside.
Energy Level: medium/high
Can be handled/touched: yes
Barker: no.
Escape Artist: no, does well in crate all night and few hours in day when necessary.
Aggressive: no
Walks on Leash: yes…good leash walker.
Ideal family: active that will give him exercise and attention and s be part of family indoors.
He needs an enclosed yard and supervision at first until comfortable with surroundings. He wants to learn and be good, but will need patience and redirection to chew toys when mouthy. He will grow out of this with time and training. I believe he will make a loving, loyal pet once he realizes they’re his permanent family.
