It's time to meet Charles! Charles is a 1.5-year-old Black Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix, he weighs about 83 lbs. Charles is one large love bug, he loves to give you all the kisses you need and with follow up with a big ol hug!

Charles is a fantastic listener and loves to come back to you especially when kisses are involved. Charles has the energy of a young pup he would love to have his own fenced-in backyard to run, show off his zoomies and make sure everyone is safe. Charles loves to chase his toys and sometimes bring them back, he loves to grab his favorite kong and toss it around.

Charles enjoys running around in a fenced-in backyard but he also loves to go on walks. He walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys exploring the neighborhood and meeting new people. While Charles waits for the perfect family he enjoys spending his time hanging out outside and enjoying the lovely weather. Charles also really loves the booty scratches, ear scratches, and the belly rubs! Charles knows how to sit on command and will even shake your hand, although he doesn't always know what he is agreeing to. Charles is treat motivated and excited to learn new tricks with his forever family! Charles doesn't always know his true size so going home with older children would be best. Charles gets along great with other dogs, would love a home with a kitty friend too.
